You are not alone. We are here to support you. We provide a supportive and confidential service. It is more than "talk therapy." Our therapy is client-centered and helps and the client to re-frame their thinking, build coping skills, and develop strategies that lead to positive well being.

All therapy is offered via a confidential video conferencing or via phone.

Yasmin is committed to a non-judgmental, client-centered approach to supporting individuals and couples. She looks forward to listening to your unique story and working collaboratively with you to find your inner strength, confidence, and resilience.

Yasmin’s experience as a Mental Health Nurse with hospitalized individuals has allowed her to work with many people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, substance use, and situational crisis.​

For individuals, Yasmin uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to empower clients and reframe their thinking.

For couples, Yasmin uses a blend of the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) so couples can learn to communicate more effectively and understand each other more meaningfully.

Yasmin holds a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy from Yorkville University and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
